1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using HoopVision (the "App"), made by Adrian Hys, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

HoopVision is a basketball shooting app. It uses your phone's camera to count your makes and misses, shows where you shoot from, and gives you statistics, a player card, badges, drills, workouts, games and a weekly league against virtual rivals. It can record your sessions so you can save videos and highlights to your phone. The counting is done by software on your phone and can make mistakes: treat the numbers as a guide, not an exact record.

3. Your Account

Some features need an account. You are responsible for the details you give us being correct and for keeping access to your account safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Your Recordings

Videos you record with the App stay on your phone. They are yours. Only record where you are allowed to, and do not record other people without their permission. You are responsible for what you save and share.

5. Fair Use

Do not copy, change, reverse-engineer or resell the App, and do not use it to break the law or harm anyone. We may close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Subscriptions

Some features need a paid subscription. Payment is handled by Apple through your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. Prices may change; you will be told before a new price applies.

7. Training and Health

The drills, workouts and tips in the App are general basketball information, not medical advice. Training carries a risk of injury. Warm up, use a safe place, stop if you feel pain, and ask a doctor before you start training if you are unsure about your health. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the App. We do not promise any particular improvement.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, texts, pictures, sounds and code belong to Adrian Hys or are used with permission. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the App.

9. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, for lost data (your data is stored on your phone, so keep your phone backed up), or for injuries from training. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights in your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the App. Using the App after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting the consumer protections of the country you live in.
